The difference between these superfoods and your everyday foods are that they contain special “powers” whether that be having extraordinary amount of antioxidants, phytonutrients, anti-inflammatory properties, etc.
According to Healthline, superfoods help to bolster our immune-systems as a result of their high antioxidant levels. This enables our bodies to function at a much higher level and provide us with more energy.
A lot of the superfoods have changed their format into powder making them more versatile to use. Whether that be for cooking, smoothies, shakes, etc. By adding some of the powders below, they can offer you the same benefits as eating the food naturally but in a much more convenient way so you can include them in your meals for more energy day-to-day

Turmeric is a root plant which has incredible anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Amongst many active people it’s a total lifesaver when it comes to reducing joint pain.
Turmeric is found to be used in Ayurvedic medicine and has been used to counter inflammation, detoxify excess estrogen, reduce free radical damage, helps deal with abnormal blood fat rations (dyslipidemia), speeds up metabolism and helps you fight against colds and flu. What’s more is that in a study from 2010, they found turmeric to deal with DNA damage as a result of arsenic toxicity.
